You're Invited: Winter Solstice Reflection on Shaping an Equitable Future
A Linked-In Live Event: Thursday, December 21st 7:00PMEST
Join me this Thursday, December 21st for a short guided meditation, centering practice, and intention setting on Winter Solstice. Let's come together to celebrate the longest night of the year and set clear intentions for the upcoming year. See you here live on my profile page at 7pm Thursday!
The Winter Solstice, both scientifically and metaphorically, marks a pivotal moment in our annual journey around the sun. Scientifically, it represents the shortest day and longest night of the year, occurring when the North Pole is tilted farthest away from the sun. Metaphorically, it symbolizes a profound turning point—a transition from darkness to light, from introspection to emergence.
We will explore the transformative forces at play in the realms of the economy and technology specifically and our role as individual leaders and teams as forces for sustainability and equity. As an experienced meditation and somatic practitioner, I will guide us through mindfulness exercises and somatic practices to help us center of purpose, tap into the creativity within, and align with our intentions for the future. Whether it's in your personal or professional life, your intentions matter.
